The Advantages and Disadvantages of Consuming Fast Food
          Nowadays, Many people prefer consuming fast food which are prepared and served quickly. Thaf food is call as fast food or junk food. However, apart from the advantages, fast food have their disadvantages.
            We know that fast food can save time better. In this very quick life, there is no better option for food than fast food. When someone come home with hunger and tiring because of work, fast food becomes the main choicer for them. They don’t have time to go to kitchen or shopping vegetables and fruits to supermarket.
          Althought fast has a reputation for being high in calories and fat, there is also a healthy fast food such as salad, wraps, and sandwich.
            Fast food have many more disadvantages. The largest disadvantage of fast food is because these contain a lot of fat, sugar, oil, calories, and addictive subtances. The process of frying also make it becomes an unhealthy food.
           The second disadvantage of consuming fast food id lower quality food. There is no doubt about it, fast food is made in a bulk production process.
          Considering the advantages and disadvantages above, we must be smart in choosing a healthy lifestyle for us.
